Hi, May i know where is the places must go in Laos? Especially for Vientiana and Luang Pra. Is there any good hostel or guesthouse or hotel which do provide the service to bring us to the tourist spot in Laos and provide the pick up service from Vientina Airport?

Yes it is far more safe than Thailand.
I would suggest you ask this question on The Thorn Tree or Travelfsih forum as you will get more detailed information from people who really know the place. Many hotels have airport pickups from Wattay airport in Vientiane.
