hi was wondering if traveling from hanoi to vientiane was possible? flying or bus?? also thinking about other options of flying from either phnom penh or siem reap up to laos?

It certainly is possible. Both flights and buses make this trip daily. Would recommend the flight as its a long bus trip.

The bus trip is about 30 hours. Laos and Vietnan Airlines fly to Vietnam. If you book on the Laos Airlines web site, make sure you use IE and not Firefox as a browser.
