Hi I have recntly been diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) any advice about not suffering in south east asia so that my trip is not ruined??

As IBS is a medical complaint, you will really need to talk to your doctor about this. i doubt anyone here would be qualified to give advice.

Definitley have that looked at and have the proper meds prescribed to deal with your problem before you go. Southeast Asia is no place to be suffering from something like that...
